Alan Talbert, OPH VP and founding partner, spoke at the Great Rosarians of the World honoree dinner on Friday, June 5th. He spoke about the many challenges facing Botanical Gardens and residential growers, alike. One hot topic during the evening was how to control disease on roses when local laws prohibit spraying of chemicals.
