Alan Talbert, OPH VP and founding partner, spoke at the Great Rosarians of the World honoree dinner on Friday, June 5th.  He spoke about the many challenges facing Botanical Gardens and residential growers, alike.  One hot topic during the evening was how to control disease on roses when local laws prohibit spraying of chemicals.  During a time when cities and states are banning the use of spray chemicals on garden and landscape plants, Alan suggested that organic and natural products, such as OPH's Good Health Roses™, can stem the tide of disease on garden roses and help control insect damage as well.  Good Health Roses™ is an organic and all natural product that controls 25 or more common nuisance pests and controls 4 major diseases including Black Spot and Powdery Mildew.
