What's worse, sprinkler heads watering the streets or sprinkler heads watering the grass in the middle of a rain storm?  It'a a trick question, they're both equally wasteful.  We see this every day throughout cities across America.  Although we have been fortunate this year with normal rainfall, let us not forget the drought of 2002 and 2007 and the pains we all felt from water restrictions.  Water is a precious resource that sustains all life and we must bring conservation to the forefront.
