Organic Plant Health Return Policy:


We gladly accept product returns. Product Return Authorization must be requested within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. Please contact Organic Plant Health for a Return Authorization number prior to sending your items. Authorized refunds will be credited to the credit card account used at the time of the original purchase and will not include any shipping and/or handling fees related to the order. Additionally, due to the unique nature of our products and our inventory management system, significant handling is involved; therefore a restocking fee of 25% of the pre-tax cost will apply to all returns. The cost of shipping your items for return is the responsibility of the customer.

Living Granular Products: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any products containing living microorganisms. This includes but is not limited to our exclusive Urban Soil Life™, Urban Bio-Boost™ and Nature Pure™ 4-4-2, and various products in our liquid fertilization line.

Our commitment to our customers is to provide exceptional quality fertilization and soil conditioning products. Once products containing living microorganisms leave our store, we can no longer be responsible for the conditions in which they are stored; therefore we can no longer guarantee the quality of the product. If you are uncertain if the product you are purchasing contains living microorganisms, please contact the store for further clarification.
